  • Are your products ready-made or made to order?

    All of our products are made to order. Each item is handcrafted individually after your order is placed. This allows us to maintain high quality, reduce waste, and focus on precise craftsmanship rather than mass production.

  • Where are your products made?

    All products are handmade in Germany. Every piece is cut, stitched, and finished by hand in our workshop.

  • What materials do you use?

    We exclusively use vegetable-tanned leather sourced from traditional tanneries in Italy and Germany. This leather is durable, repairable, and develops a unique patina over time.

  • What does vegetable-tanned leather mean?

    Vegetable tanning is a traditional, natural tanning process using plant-based tannins instead of chemicals.

    This leather:

    • Ages beautifully and darkens with use
    • Is breathable and strong
    • Is environmentally responsible
    • Shows natural marks and character

    Each piece is unique.

  • How long does production take?

    Production time is typically 4-6 weeks, depending on the product and current order volume.

    Because each item is handmade, slight variations in timing may occur. You will receive an update once your order is completed and shipped.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, we ship within the EU and internationally. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout.

    Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Can I customize my order?

    If customization is available, it will be clearly stated on the product page.

    For special requests not listed, please contact us before placing your order. Custom orders may affect production time and are generally non-refundable.

  • Can I cancel or return my order?

    Because our products are made specifically for you, we generally do not accept returns or cancellations once production has started.

    If you need to cancel, contact us immediately after ordering. If work has not begun, cancellation may still be possible.

    This does not affect your statutory rights under EU consumer law where applicable.

  • What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

    Please inspect your order upon arrival.

    If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will repair, replace, or refund the item as appropriate.

  • Will my leather item look exactly like the photos?

    Each product is handmade using natural leather, so no two pieces are identical.

    Natural variations in color, grain, and markings are a feature—not a defect—and are part of what makes each item unique.

  • How should I care for my leather product?

    Vegetable-tanned leather requires minimal care:

    • Avoid prolonged exposure to water
    • Allow wet leather to air-dry naturally
    • Use a neutral leather balm occasionally
    • Expect the leather to darken and develop patina over time

    Care instructions are included with your order.

  • Are your products waterproof?

    Vegetable-tanned leather is water-resistant but not waterproof.

    Light rain is fine, but prolonged exposure to water should be avoided. Moisture will darken the leather temporarily and contribute to patina.

  • Do you offer repairs?

    Yes. We believe in longevity.

    If your product requires repair due to normal use, contact us and we’ll assess what’s possible. Repairs help extend the life of your gear and reduce waste.
